How does your product fit?

Our products run smaller than the regular pet clothing. Each product page on our website has a size chart so please ensure that you’re looking at the appropriate chart. We always recommend to go one size larger from the actual measurement.

If you’re still unsure about the sizing, please feel free to send us a message via the contact form or send an email to support@fansin.com. Please provide the specific item that you’re interested in as well as the applicable measurements of your pet.

Which country do you ship to? 

We ship worldwide. If for some reason our logistic partners do not ship to your country, we will notify you immediately and process a refund for you. 

Do you have a store locally in my country?
We are an online only business. That’s one of the reason we are able to sell our item so much cheaper than your local store.

How much is shipping?
For a limited time, we are offering tracked shipping worldwide! You can track your shipment here

We cannot anticipate taxes applied by overseas custom, which will have to be bared by customer additionally if there is any.

Where do your items come from?
We source our items from all over the world to ensure they are unique and special that you will not find elsewhere. We have warehouses in the U.S and Asia. We will send items from different warehouse depends on the items you bought. 

Do you charge cancellation fee?
We do not charge cancellation fees, we generally replace things that arrive severely damaged, and if your order needs to be refunded, we’ll issue your refund within 10 business days from our last email.

Why am I charged differently from the amount stated on the website? 
All payments will be processed in US Dollar on our website. Your local bank will convert the US currency into local currency, therefore, you will see a different amount as stated on the website.

What is your refund policy?
We have a 90 day money back guarantee. If within the 90 day period if you are not happy with your purchase please send us an email with your order number and contact information to support@pawsunit.com. For more information, please visit our Return & Exchange Policy.

How long after placing my order should I expect to receive my shipment?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days of the order being placed (exceptions applied). Purchases shipped worldwide will arrive 10-40 business days after the order date though this may still vary, depending on the availability of the courier provider and location. Is ordering online secure?
Yes. We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order through our online store (or through any other means). The server that hosts our bookstore encrypts the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.
